My real passion is in working with families and new parents to explore how OT can help with the transition to motherhood, and parenthood; to help you and your family identify YOUR parenting style and resource it, and put you in touch with community based supports and connections to help you build your village around you.

Occupational Therapy is well placed to understand the nature of the roles and responsibilities we have as parents and caregivers, and how hard it can be balancing all the different demands we have on us most of the time!
